What defines a healthy person. Is it the size, strength or will?? Well its a combination, rather a healthy combination. The idea of health varies from age, place & cultural but the impact is rather insignificant on certain similar premises which requires a clear view of the perception of a person.

The beauty of the perception lies in the fact that each one of us has a difference idea about health, but all are clear about the improvements. In other words if we are doing better than our previous form and capabilities in physical form, we are becoming better and thus healthier.

Physical strength and immunity from diseases defines health in most cultures. The sustainable health ideas are appropriately measured by the logivity of a person and his healthy lifestyle. We all have some ideas about what we should eat what we should not but overall diet is determined by our will and taste. 

As they say Diet is the key, but again perception of a healthy body is also an important factor which in turn defines the health quotient.

He keeps scrolling on the screen of his mobile trying to figure out what he wants to do. He did a lots of things to keep him busy but he is not able to find the exact thing for himself. He wishes to do what he really likes, he has one desire. The unfulfilled desire, but why does he wants that?? It’s because he has always wanted it from his childhood. Soon the time will fly by and he’ll keep on thinking that he should have done what he really wanted to do. He sees people nearby, people busy doing nothing. He finds one thing in common with most of the people doing nothing and it is “THE CELLPHONE SCROLLING”

What is that the person is searching; he guesses that the thing being searched is the search of something interesting, what interest him, he is still unaware, he is just aware of the fact that he will find something interesting if he keeps on searching. What is important is that whether that awareness is a conscious awareness or a sub conscious awareness.

It can also be a pursuit without any awareness. Just the path on which he keeps on moving, without the knowledge of destination. He still has a faith that the path will lead him somewhere, he will see some light, he moves and he moves, “SCROLLING HIS CELL PHONE

Monotonous activities make things boring for some people. They know that they are getting bored but still they do not do anything about what they really want to do. There chance of survival is in  “ENTERTAINMENT”, but the problem is what is entertainment. How do we define entertainment. The idea varies from person to person. Its beyond need, some might say that they like something , but the question is what is that, the thing which actually keeps the mind engrossed and makes you feel joyfull.
